Description:
How can we help children and teens to slow their
racing minds, improve their focus, and feel more calm and settled? In

helping children and teens practice mindfulness successfully. Then, we
will provide examples of actionable, effective, and fun mindfulness
strategies, including apps and videos, that can help children of all
ages to manage their everyday stresses.
